What we measured
The source presentation examines fragmented technical processes and opportunities to better align staffing, supplier agreements and spare-parts support. Its Tassili valuation slides contain scenario assumptions rather than verified client results.
The documented method uses data collection, stakeholder interviews, root-cause analysis and implementation support. Priorities include workforce capability, contract standardisation, spare-parts strategy and learning from operational experience.
