Questions, answered.
What does BTP Aero help airlines with?+
Maintenance cost optimisation, dispatch reliability, MEL governance, workforce planning, technical procurement and airworthiness processes. Engagements start with an assessment of the operator’s actual needs.
Does BTP Aero support the MENA region?+
Our consulting focus includes airlines and fleet operators across the Middle East and North Africa. Tell us your operating locations and fleet requirements so we can define an appropriate scope.
How do I request an aircraft part?+
Use the catalog or quote form. Include the part number, quantity, required condition, destination and any release-document requirements. Availability and suitability are confirmed with the quote.
Can I request a part that is not in the catalog?+
Yes. Submit a sourcing request with the part number and your requirements. A catalog listing is not required to start the conversation.
What do the condition codes NE, NS, OH, SV and AR mean?+
NE is new from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor. NS is new surplus held outside the manufacturer’s channel. OH is overhauled to the manufacturer’s standard by an approved repair station. SV is serviceable, inspected or repaired and certified fit for service. AR is as removed from an aircraft, offered without further inspection.
Do you handle urgent or AOG requirements?+
Yes. Mark the request as Urgent / AOG in the quote form or put AOG in the email subject, and use the same phone number and email address shown on the site. Urgent requests are prioritised, and availability is confirmed with the quote.
What documentation is supplied with a part?+
Release and traceability documents are agreed per component before purchase, for example an FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1 or certificate of conformity, according to the requirements of your quality system. Aircraft applicability and traceability must be confirmed before installation.
